Welcome to VERRSO. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our handcrafted leather goods. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We operate on a bespoke production model. This means that each product is curated and prepared individually after your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made.

For items featuring custom laser engraving or embossing, the customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the text provided. VERRSO is not liable for any typographical errors, misspellings, or mistakes made by the customer during the ordering process. Once an item has been personalized, it is final and non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present

All prices are listed in USD. For customers in the United States, all applicable duties and sales taxes are included in the final price shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely via our third-party providers (Stripe). By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

All content on this site, including but not limited to branding, logo wordmarks, product photography, and manifesto text, is the property of VERRSO. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and the European Union.
