Every single piece is prepared individually in our bespoke studio. Once production is complete, your order is handed over to our express courier for final delivery within the united states.

Once your bespoke piece is finished and passes quality control (usually within 1-3 days), you will receive a tracking number via email. You will be able to track your package's journey via our courier partner’s portal.

No. For all orders delivered within the United States, the price you see at checkout is final. All import duties and sales taxes are pre-paid by VERRSO.

Despite the name, it is premium cowhide leather. It is called "Crazy Horse" because it was historically used for horse saddles. It is treated with special waxes that allow it to develop a unique "distressed" patina over time. It is highly durable and becomes more beautiful the more you use it.

Crazy Horse leather is low-maintenance. Minor surface scratches can be "healed" by simply rubbing them with your fingertip—the natural oils in the leather will redistribute. For long-term care, we recommend applying a natural leather balm once a year.

Yes, we offer several refillable models (such as our A5 Travel and Ring Binder series). This allows you to keep your premium leather cover for a lifetime while simply swapping the paper inserts when they are full.

Blind Embossing uses a heated metal stamp to create a deep, physical impression in the leather—it is subtle, classic, and tactile. Laser Engraving uses a high-precision beam to burn your text into the leather grain, allowing for more detailed characters and a sharper, darker finish.

Because personalized items are crafted specifically for you with your unique initials or name, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we won't waste your time and money with return shipping. Simply email us a photo of the damage within 30 days, and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement immediately.
