Our "Bespoke Production" model ensures that your item is curated, hand-inspected, and personalized only after your order is confirmed. PRODUCTION & LEAD TIMES

Because each piece is prepared individually in our bespoke studio, please allow for a production lead time:

Order Processing: 1–3 business days.
Quality Control & Personalization: Included in the processing window.

DELIVERY WINDOWS

Once your piece is ready and leaves our studio, it is handed over to our express courier network for final delivery.

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their handcrafted goods within 6–10 days from the date of purchase.

TRACKING YOUR LEGACY

As soon as your package enters the courier network, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. For your convenience, we provide detailed tracking information that covers the journey of your package within the United States.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

To provide a seamless luxury experience, VERRSO handles all logistics complexities. United States:All fees, and sales taxes are included in the final price at checkout. There are no hidden fees or additional charges upon delivery.

HOW TO REACH US

Currently, VERRSO ships exclusively to customers within the United States. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses to ensure secure and documented delivery of our leather goods.
