Returns, Refunds & Guarantee

At VERRSO, we stand behind the quality of our leather goods and the satisfaction of our customers. We believe that a premium product should come with premium protection.

If you have changed your mind about a non-personalized VERRSO product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition and original packaging.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@verrso.com.
• Location: Returns are processed directly at our facility in the United States. We will provide you with the specific return address upon approval of your request.

We treat every defect as a matter of brand integrity. If your product arrives damaged or features a manufacturing defect:

• Returnless Refund: You do not need to ship the item back to us.
• The Process: Simply send a clear photograph of the damage or defect to contact@verrso.com within 30 days of receipt.
• Resolution: Upon verification, we will immediately issue a full refund or send a brand-new replacement at no cost to you. We value your time more than the cost of return shipping.

A VERRSO journal is designed to be a lifelong companion. We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

• What is covered: Structural failures such as broken stitching, faulty hardware (snaps/zippers), or puste binding.
• What is not covered: This guarantee does not cover natural wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or the natural aging process of the leather.
• The Nature of Leather: Scratches, scuffs, and changes in color (patina) are inherent characteristics of premium Crazy Horse leather and are not considered defects. These markings reflect your unique story.

Every personalized piece is crafted specifically for you and is unique to your story. Therefore, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Of course, they remain fully covered by our "VERRSO Trust" and Lifetime Guarantee in the event of a manufacturing defect.
